For guests that arrive later than normal check-in time (after 18:00), the property will arrange a code number for the door entry system. Keys will be ready to collect from a safety key deposit box inside the main entrance. Late check-in starts from 18:00.
Early check-in is possible subject to availability, for an additional fee.
A valid credit card and photo ID must be presented at check-in, and credit card holder must be present. The hotel accepts all major credit cards. Credit cards or cash may be used to pay for charges at checkout.
Smoking is not allowed in the property. A GBP 150 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest if evidence of smoking is found in their guest room.
Some rooms may have different décor and linen colours from the photos, otherwise all the furniture are of the same top standard.
The property has a strict no party and excessive noise policy. Any guests found to be creating excessive noise, having a party in their apartment or exceeding the numbers of permitted guests, will be evicted without refund.
Kindly note that the lead guests must be aged 21 years or older. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Kataria Point, 1 Riches Road, IG11JH ILFORD, Essex. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Ilford Tower Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of GBP 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

「真相只有一個」，退輔會主委李翔宙當然是「不適格」，理應請辭下台負責。
首先，大家都看到了、聽到了，日昨是李員在備詢時，答覆藍委江啟臣詢問是否為了到民進黨當官，而放棄國民黨籍時，自己坦誠直接回答「是」，之後，不，應該是說隨後、馬上在「同一時空」，被另一藍委李彥秀以「同樣問題」質詢時，李主委卻似大夢初醒般的「髮夾彎」不滿反擊，立委嚴重侮辱了他的人格。
其次，關於綠委王定宇不懂裝懂、似是而非的表示，當初是國民黨先停權李翔宙，李才乾脆把黨證交出，「正確地說是被逼著退黨」，而對照葉世文貪汙案發生時，國民黨也只是停權而已，可以想見李員感受的說法。筆者必須說句公道話，當時筆者仍在文傳會服務，是時，雖有唐飛的「不好前例」，唯基於人才不分藍綠都應為國家所用的理念，黨中央先向諸如馮世寬、李大維等人「電話禮貌溝通」，建議比照「前例」，以停權方式處理，俾利綠營、國民黨及黨籍從政同志三方都有合乎法、理、情的台階可以下，坦白說，這樣的黨紀處理沒有太多可以「雞蛋裡挑骨頭」的政治操弄空間。
第三，就在黨中央建議以停權方式處理時，諸如馮世寬、李大維等人基本上也都認可時，李主委卻異常主動、積極的以「寄回黨證」來表示退黨，全然不是國民黨「主動」要求他離開國民黨，這點必須嚴正聲明。
最後，第四點，李主委一席顧慮陳俊生「行政不中立」的遁詞，筆者也必須指正，姑且不論民進黨政府諸多行政不中立的「實例」，其實，台灣民主自由法治的真正敵人，就是李主委為了鬥爭而鬥爭所謂的「擴張個人組織社團...」說法，試問，那是一個多麼不明確、甚至是可以自己說了就算的「封建警察國家」？遑論陳俊生根本不僅沒有動用基金會資源，更積極善用引進外部資源來服務榮眷們，試問，這樣難道不好嗎？
準此，「軍隊國家化」的方向絕對正確，我們也應繼續堅持下去，然而，李主委此番所引發的所謂「求官與否」爭議，坦白說，我們只要用一句「文言文」就可以通透達理，那就是「人必自侮、而後人侮之」，更遑論李主委其實更應有「大我、小我」的基本學養，不要再把黃埔十八期的父親給扯進來，「個人造業、個人擔」，不要再法相莊嚴地硬拗了。
