Guests are kindly requested to inform the property of their estimated time of arrival along with the full contact details of the lead guest who will check-in. This can be noted in the Special Requests box during booking or by contacting the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.
Please note there is a cleaning fee of GBP 30.
No parties are accepted in the apartments and no noise is accepted past 23.00.
Only the number of people stated on the occupancy room type can be accommodated at the booked apartment.
Please note that the card holder of the card used to make the booking must be present for check-in. You are also required to bring photo ID for check-in. If this is not possible, the card holder is required to complete a third party authorisation form prior to check-in.
The property will photocopy your passport upon arrival.
Payment is required via bank transfer prior to arrival. The property will contact you once you have made a booking detailing the payment instructions.
All guests must be of at least 18 years of age. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Luxton Apartments - Notting Hill in advance of your expected arrival time. 台灣旅行團今（15）日在中國大陸湖北三峽景區遭遇土石流，造成3死2傷的慘劇，中華民國旅行業同業公會全國聯合會副理事長丁萊表示，今明2天，至少有9位死傷者家屬趕赴大陸；出團的東晟旅行社表示，2位傷者送醫治療後，生命跡象穩定，將有1名領隊、8名團員留下陪同，其餘團員將和另外一名領隊繼續行程，預計19日返台。
針對這起台灣旅行團在大陸遭遇的土石流意外，交通觀光局公布死傷名單，3名已知死亡的旅客為：李○強（男、49歲）、王○紅（女、55歲）、葛○強（男、54歲）；2名受傷旅客為：楊○璇（女、35歲）、孔○昌（男、66歲）。觀光局並責請出團的東晟旅行社關注團員需求並給予必要協助，另妥適處理旅客後續醫療及保險理賠事宜。此外，觀光局駐北京辦事處派員前往事故現場協處。
全聯會副理事長丁萊表示，目前確定台灣的旅團是搭大陸三峽的遊輪，在宜昌下船後，看完風景的回程中，在景區徒步時遭到土石流夾帶的石頭砸到，造成傷亡。他也說今晚有2位亡者家屬搭乘班機，先赴武漢再赴宜昌；明天另有7位或更多死傷者家屬趕赴大陸。
東晟旅行社業務經理陳素華說，3名死者遺體已經送到宜昌市的殯儀館，領隊也在場協助處理；2名受傷旅客也已送至宜昌市的夷陵醫院，經確認生命跡象沒有問題，並知會有8名團員及1名領隊留在醫院協助處理相關事宜，另一名領隊和其餘旅客則繼續未完行程，預計19日返台。
